Dizaura mentoring is led by Didem Gungor and draws on 31 years at FedEx across marketing analysis, customer technology, operational technology, European network integration and IT PMO work.

That experience includes PMO structure, project governance, cross-functional delivery, stakeholder coordination, risk management, planning, prioritisation, Agile, SAFe, PMI and Lean Portfolio Management.

Dizaura does not provide temporary project manager capacity. The focus is advisory and mentoring support for people who need to think more clearly, structure delivery better and grow into project, programme or PMO responsibility.

Small group workshops

Focused sessions for up to 4 participants, in Waterloo or online.

Current workshop price: €370 VAT included per participant.

PMO and delivery review sessions

Review a plan, PMO structure, governance rhythm, risks, dependency map or reporting approach. Format and fee are agreed based on the scope of the review.
